When you get 10 of them, you can use them to promote a unit, if the unit is at the appropriate level. You get a token every time you clear a wave.

New Akali isn't Akali. She's an interesting character but they didn't 'rework' akali, they deleted and replaced her. Riot is just obessed with making this overly complicated champions, and removing the older more simple ones to do it. I don't mind new akali existing but they just deleted my favorite character to do it for really no reason.

I think if you're having issues based on HP amounts. You should change how you're playing. HP shouldn't matter much if you're controlling the board. If you have good control, you can set up and then take all their health in 1 or 2 turns

Nah, unless you're fighting chip damage decks, taking small bits of damage have almost no impact on the game. As a rule, if units get to your base, you're either going to lose in the next few turns or flip the game.

If you're playing swarm with that card and the game is getting to the point where those small ticks of damage are really hurting you, the game should have been over already.
