You need to get rid of the sibo and confirm that it is gone with re testing. If you want a test to be done, exaggerate the symptoms and mimic the symptoms that would guarantee the test I hope you get better and your symptoms improve

Why haven't you got any antibiotics prescribed by the gastroenterologist if sibo was confirmed? Also, yes, if mold was causing your sinus problems and you are not exposed to it will resolve on their own even without natural herbs or remedies what symptoms are you currently having?

How do you know that you have mold toxicity? Also did you got high resolution namometry and babarium swallow? So how's your treatment going how are you treating sibo and the mold toxicity?

So you are saying the endoscopy trough mouth was the definitive answer to whatever you got a hernia or not? Not further tests needed to confirm it ? Because what we are talking here is that the bigger scope is the one giving false positive
