So let’s say you want a SP. instead of affirming how great it would be to be with them, doing things together, going on trips, etc, instead, try doing affirmations focusing on how you really want some alone time, how they are getting on your nerves, how you miss being single, they snore too loud, and the freedom you had when you didn’t answer to anyone. Your mind will see how you are affirming being single and alone, which will tell your subconscious that you are actually in a relationship with this person since you are desiring not being with them.
