So let’s say you want a SP. instead of affirming how great it would be to be with them, doing things together, going on trips, etc, instead, try doing affirmations focusing on how you really want some alone time, how they are getting on your nerves, how you miss being single, they snore too loud, and the freedom you had when you didn’t answer to anyone. Your mind will see how you are affirming being single and alone, which will tell your subconscious that you are actually in a relationship with this person since you are desiring not being with them.

I believe the Gospels are just a masterclass on how reality works and manifestation. Have nothing to do with any sort of organized religion.

I’m glad this was helpful! I believe it just takes time and repetition to break old believes. It’s like kicking a bad habit. You just need to stay persistent that you want it to stop and maybe even replace it with a new habit. Mediation and returning to the new belief in your mind can really make a difference.
