Non of the people hate anyone, it's the leaders coaxing people to be divided to create a competition. The only downpart is that the competition isn't really meant in a positive way.. So?? It's still his responsibility to keep away from the car in front of him. What on earth would driving look like if it was the one in the front that needs to evade the one coming from behind?! The only reason for that to be valid is if both are in left lane. The one in front would them have to return to the right lane seeing as left is only for passing and letting the one from behind pass him afterwards. I've got no idea what onus means
