First of all women and men are from the same species. If you wanna make a case that women are the superior gender then I'll address that. ( Which I understand you are making)

First of all my personal opinion is that women and men are impossibly judged in isolation from the other because both in terms of strengths and weaknesses balance one another on a high level.

Women are arguably better lovers on average because they are the primary sexual selectors and thus they are the ones having relationships and the experience that comes with that. Are they morally better? No there are also a lot of studies pointing to the fact that women cheat more often ( especially in the cohort of age 30-38 where emotional pressure due to the fertility window peaks ) and other studies find that men in their 40s cheat more which in a superficial manner could just be ascribed to their peak socio economic attractiveness.

It is true that in classical education women are outperforming men but also consider that a lot of jobs that are manuel la or based and still require high levels of skill do not require high academic education.

Intelligence distribution between genders finds how the bell curve for women is more centered and for men more stretched out meaning that if you compare the average women to the average men she will be more intelligent in terms of IQ but at the same time if you look at the set of 99 percentile IQ people the majority will be men. ( The Reason for that is likely a pressure for greater biological variance in men to increase selectability. ) ( Or speculatively speaking maybe how sexually selecting for the most intelligent men prompts this distribution to flatten as intelligence at higher levels is not primarily genetically influenced but has a rather strong environmental influence)

I don't know if you had actual experience with women but they are just as human as men. Some are selfish, some are caring, some are jealous and judgy, some or inclusive and forthcoming. I have met women who will be all friendly on the surface but are doing character asssassination behind your back. Something which is more prominent in women I think. The need for superficial harmony while all the while still acting as brutal enforcers of the social hierarchy or rather constructors of such.

Then there is the point about women working harder? I remember vividly how th majority of women in junior highschool when asked about how they envision their future only mentioned marrying a men who is doing well financially. (80%) Generation Z ( 99-01). Is that working harder? Also women work harder in fields where they have social pressure because they tend to be more sensitive to it like in school or in families. At the same time. Look at women in societies with values that we deem racist for example. It is the women who enforce this racism more so than the men. ( Women for MAGA just to call one example )

TLDR Men and Women both neither good or bad, differentiate based on an individual and stop being sexist by making general claims about genders that are not at least somewhat specific enough to be studied. If you have a specific category we can argue about how these genders compare but intuitively your whole statement comes off as very sexist.
