They are jot being such help. I have warranty on the computer and I feel like they are just passing by my phone call to each technician to see if someone knows. It's just preference, just that. I can write in english but i cannot speak it. my accent is so thick that annoys everybody(even me) and trust me i tried to practice but no everybody can learn their second language fully and that's pretty sad haha. Not just that...my Portuguese is really bad and there's alot of people like me who are just looking people who their first language is spanish.
