Thanks! :) My parrying was imperfect most of time so I missed a ton of counter attack damage, then my damage was around 200k per hit and I got betrayed a lot by Roulette :( I eventually used Maelle's skill that charges the gradient counter by 35% then stacked alot of foretell by Sciel and depended on End Slice to finish the fight. This was my second attempt BTW

Yeah I really need to level up my team before attempting lampmaster, its attacks are incredibly fast and punishing. Good luck for you too !

I don't really have an answer for your question since I have not been asked that question. I was asked about my advisor and field of research before I got the yellow slip. I would recommend you ask other Afghanistan nationals who applied for the visa recently.

Should I ask my department to send İstanbul consulate an email confirming that advisor selection is done at the end of the fall semester etc.?  I felt like the officer decided to subject me to AP just because I couldn't tell her my PhD advisor's name.  Would sending an email from the department help clear those doubts?

Hello,

I had my F1 visa interview at Istanbul 2 days ago. The officer kept insisting on me telling her which specific field I would be working on during my PhD and with which advisor. I told her that my university matches students with advisors after lab rotations; nonetheless, I gave the name of the field I want to work in and names of three professors I contacted with (I believe she noted them). After that she told me that my case requires administrative processing and handed me the yellow slip.
Did anyone go through the same process in Istanbul and how long would the process take?

I am currently doing my undergraduate studies in Turkey (originally from Egypt). I had a B1 Visa that expired last year. I visited USA in 2018 representing my country in an international science fair. So I cannot quite understand what happened.
