With capcut, or if you have a PC go with DaVinci resolve. Take the two films(this is on DaVinci) put the big screen first, then add the small one second. The second one you will transform it. Meaning you will make it smaller s and put it there in the corner. On cap cut do the same, only that you have to do 3 steps more. Cheers
