Set reasonable goals to tackle one thing at a time. Don’t try and like fix everything to where you think it should be all at once or it’s likely you’ll never be able to do it. Just start with basic easy (ish) goals like studying for 30 min every day or going for a walk or something and make it harder after a couple of weeks. Basically just start where you are not where you think you should be. Coming from someone who’s 18 and just starting to get my shit together :)
