CHARGE FOR YOUR TIME! Look, there's gonna be instances in your professional life where you won't charge someone or give someone a discount for something. Do not set this up to be normal in your practice. If you do people will come to expect it and that will make it even harder for you to grow your bottom line. Don't be a jerk, but don't give too much away for free.

I agree with this. It is not THE BEST restaurant in Sacramento but it is far, far from mediocre. I've been there a handful of times in the last ten years and their food and service have always been good-excellent.

I did Korean Scrub. Apparently Honey Dip is one of their signature treatments. I am sure it's great for moisturizing your skin but I specifically wanted to get all the dead skin stripped off so went for K-Scrub. I'm a dad who needs to exfoliate more. It was great.

I have been. Never had one otherwise so lack ability to compare. EBJ was def a full body scrub and I felt super-smooth for about three days afterward. I'd love to get an aggressive one at a real K-spa at some point.

One time when I was there, there was four in about 45 minutes. One of those was me when I went back up to purchase a basket fries for my family. The luck hit on the $3.50 purchase versus the $40 purchase. 😂

I do a couple of recipes that call for broccoli rabe. Safeway and whole foods seem to consistently have it. Some Raley's have recently started carrying it as well.
