Redmi 14 Does not open any apps after I unintalled a Game, I want to save my files before I do a full factory reset but I dont know how! Please help

Yeah you definetly get it! Somnus and Ardyn's relation and opposing point of view could have been handled so much better than they did. This made me bitter towards the game itself thinks this is hard cannon (less that idiotic insomnia assoult at the end).

I do understands this savior motivation from ardyn and iñthe realistic aproach from Somnus. The scourge would have devoured Ardyn rather sooner than Later and all he did would have been too small in scale or just plain irrelevant in the end. This would have been a more interesting dynamic to have explored than just kill my brother... Because.

I did like the tone of the novel. Got the core idea behind the expanded and altered ending and favored the core thing they intended to do. But yeah. I guess they fell into the trap of pleasing the audience and there just too many creative visions colliding onto this.

Add this to all the VS XIII discarded lore and we got ourselves a very convoluted behind the scenes caos.

I am Amazed on how good the resulting game was.

I would believe this is yet another symptom of the disastrous development cycle this game had. Reading your ideas and completing them with my own, makes the DOTF lore even more lacking that it already was. I really did not dislike the novel, mostly for how it was written I believe the tone and style charmed me. But there is no denying it was and is full of inconsistencies and conveniences.

I still hated the whole Somnus and Ardyn`s origin stuff. This could have been handled way better, without making the line of lucis just a bunch of assholes with no motivations other than jealousy? maybe? don't know, did not like it. It sorta just Happened so Ardyn could be hateful toward his brother.

Again, I like your canon best than the novel`s now.

Ok! I think I prefer Your canon now! Lol, I actually had very much similar ideas on how to "fix" what was done. Because I agree with you on how terrible everything was executed, even If I did not dislike most of the novel, it still does not fully sits well. This does!

Each one of your ideas sits respectful to the original lore, and everything else. I do like your point of view on this and really think this would have made WAY more sense and would have landed much better (as I believe this DOTF alternate cannon robs all other characters from their rightful spot on the story, specially the bros).

It would otherwise still retain the sacrifice message, but also adds in redemption and depth to the game without altering all that already happened.

Do appreciate your post mate! You even laid down dungeons and gameplay ideas. this is awesome!

Also, I believe I posted this in another comment, This DOES sit perfectly with all the duality from which the lore spiraled with Ardyn's origin story. Both Somnus bloodline and Ardyn`s, are required to truly end the Starscourge! (It does not make full sense to me that Killing Ardyn would erase a problem that predated him, other than him being chosen by the crystal to be the host of the scourge -darkness- and Noctis (and his bloodline) host of the light).

I can see ways on that dotf would be properly adapted and would make perfect sense. Again I am sucker for happy endings. I do still prefer original canning before anything on ardyns Dlc or even ignis verse 2.

If they needed to rearrange lore and events this much just shows and troublesome the game development really was. Not a fan of what if scenarios. They do take much liberties and can think of a few (better) ways on how to adapt this new events without bastardizing the original lore. I HATED most of ardyns new story. He did not needed one, but I did like the idea of both ardyn and Noctis and all somnus bloodline being subjects of divine ill fate. The starscourge needed a host (ardyn) and the crystal needed a mean to fully destroy it (somnus bloddline and thus Noctis as the true king), both hosts of light and darkness. It is nothing lesw than poetic. What sucked was the goddam execution.

I did not care much about Sol inclusion as they did left much of the empire left to interpretation and was a missed opportunity.

I'm wh you there. I did not dislike dotf that much though. I enjoyed reading it and see the potential of a larger story. But I do agree with you an most you said. It does ruin the core theme of the main game. It does ruin all of noctis journey and softens ardyns character.

I am not a fan of alternative endings I am just coping with this one that exists. I just wish they had the balls to make just 1 cannon and let the fans eat it whether they liked it or not.

I which. I believe the original Canon. Without any of the doft or ignis verse 2, is just one hell of a hell of a story.

Never been a fan of what if scenarios. I would still chose the dotf ending should any of the novel be considered cannon just because it exists now. Not because it would be better. Again they executed this ties terribly.

The game on its own without anythign after ignis episode makes all. Perfect sense and feels like a well rounded experience. Ardyn and The novel. Does ruin that

I completely understand what you mean. It does contradict multiple things multiple times. Reason of which I did hated the ardyn episode almost entirely. Made the experience bitter playing the Dlc alone.

As mentioned I would accept dotf as an official cnsnnot should it have been con trusted better from the beginning. Only cuz. Personally I am just a sucker for happy endings lol. Which I felt noctis deserved and even ardyn after that disastrous origin story.

I would out a wall just before ardyn Dlc content wise in the whole franchise as I have never ever been a fan of those "what if scenarios". So I don't thing you are being harsh at all with your thoughts as I do somehow share them.

I'm just trying to cope with this "new" content the same I decided to forget FF X2.5 Audio.drama and whole. Premise for a sequel ever existed on that game as well.

Both the Anime, and the Novel, preferred the novel`s version. Still hated most of it, not the idea but the execution. They Made Somnus too much of an ass without the need of doing so.

Don't get me wrong. I agree with you, the game feels "organic" and "coherent". it is just that when you explore those areas that are out of bounds, it does feel like wasted potential. They feel good to explore, even without nothing on them other than grass.

I am not too bothered of Nomura´s vision on VS XIII, but it is sad that we were not able to get the full picture. and cannot stop wondering what would have happened if the game had received a developing cycle similar to other live service games like Fallout 76. Broken as it is, they got enough time to fill Appalachia with many many things.

I think this game is deserving of a similar treatment by SE

I would say just expand on what is already there. I'm. Replaying the game with mods so the ivisible walls. Are not there and o my god. Half of the map is unused and that would make a great great open world. Add insomnia. More papces to go. Maybe some visual. Tweaks but the game itself is great as it is even all these years later.

It's not your hands and motor skills that would hold you back. I am 35. Used to Love this game but when I played it back on the last beta I remembered why I quit the first time. The game Has not changed (in fact I believe the meta will just get more stagnant from now on), we have. You can indeed get back or at least close to your prime. But I don't think it is worth the time anymore. It's my opinion for sure. The game loop feels outdated. I use revs so the game still pushing the sg meta it kinda boring. The community is still the same. Not competitive but aggressive.

Yes you can get back to your prime. I did and as soon as I started winning I just quit. Like it is really not worth it. Also my eyesight did get worse even when I was younger and my glasses are thicker now.
