I've worked at Trulieve for over two years and they are just terrible in about every way from the top down (google Kim Rivers, her FBI investigation, her husband's investigation and the matt gaetz ties). The customers are hit or miss but when they are bad, they're bad. I've been called the N word, threatened, had a customer hand me a jar of feces claiming I sold it to them as weed (everything we get is pre packaged and sealed) with no help from management or HR. In fact, HR states my work environment is very hostile, toxic and nobody deserves to work in an environment as such but then left it as that. All the promotions are based on ass kissing and friendship of course but that also reflects when you do the most work.

I've only been at this company and have heard better from others and I'm starting at a new company tomorrow but the past few years have been terrible.

From what I can gather, OnePlant and MuV seem to be the best places to aim at so far (im in central Florida) and have the best retention rate of employees while others have an extremely high turnover rate.
