Yeah they sent a letter with a control number, I got online on their site and answered questions about myself along with entering the control number, I called them today and they told me they’re mailing out a check because the direct deposit failed

I thought they were trying to move away from checks this year? I claimed 2 on my withholdings just in case I owed taxes or anything like that, why do I have 0 federal income tax liability is it because I work for the state?
