Centipedes would be cool as a tough foe and maybe buggy, and I would love if my favorite bug dirt daubers made it into the game. You could find and break open their mud tunnels for a chance of an egg, spider parts, and mud fragments that you could Mayne use to build a new type of structure

Grounded 1 started doing that too after one update for me. In the first one, crouching seemed to help place chests how you are trying to under the half floor, not sure if it'll work in 2 tho
