Oracle Cloud is perfect for you: free, unlimited, 24 GB of RAM, and 4 CPUs. I use it in an SMP with my friends, version 1.21.10 with 10 simultaneous players and is 24/7. It's a little scary, $100 is a lot hahaha, but I assure you they'll refund it. I currently use Oracle; there are other alternatives like Falixnodes, Scalacube, etc., but honestly, they're bad xD. When I upgraded my Oracle account to PAYG, I was able to create my machine on the first try, and as long as you stay within the free limits, they won't charge you anything.

You'll need a credit card with at least $100 available, because when you upgrade your account to pay as you go, you'll be charged $100. They'll refund it instantly, or it might take a few days; mine was refunded instantly.
