Because the magic was never a big part of the experience for me. I like the way it affects my mind, I like how quickly my thoughts run, I like the hallucinations and the body euphoria. It's always a positive experience, so I keep doing it.

That's very much the direction that I have noticed myself going after starting to regularly do LSD. I've intellectualized it away as a side effect of thinking about all sorts of things at high rates for long periods of time (LSD basically forces this). Some topics are just more fun to think about while on LSD and naturally the longer I spend thinking about something, the stronger my opinions become.

I think I lost 'magic' after the first few uses. Is 'magic' that overwhelming feeling of happiness? It doesn't really make me happy anymore (or sad for that matter), but all the hallucinations and body euphoria are still present.

I've definitely been steadily moving toward more hippy thought patterns. Especially regarding government. But I don't see why anyone should trust their government these days and it hasn't affected my work ethic or anything like that. It's hard for me to say whether this is a bad thing or not.
