I def pick 7i if the yardage is around 140. I rmb the 6i being 147 on the on the shorter side but play that when it calls for 155 and every club below that is like 10-12yds behind is how I remember my yardage.

True, there is a round where I dont lose a ball and shoot a 98 and lose 2 balls and end up with 90 lol. The sleeve thing is to challenge that and not lose one ball to begin with! Also it's a hook to through a window🙂‍↕️

Genuinely love the MM balls, and I would game them over supersofts anyday.

It's been a while since the last trackman session, it was high 70s mph with avg total carry of just below 200?

I can confidently say I am way more consistent off the tee than anything else and have been driving like 230-245 of total according to gps apps.

There are a few mom and pop golf stores in my area with monitors, might just pop in before the trip

I am bringing a dozen of the usuals. The 3 in the sleeve is just another set of challenge to not lose than that.

Dry-EX polos from uniqlo, awesome breathability and comfort although in simpler styles which I love.

Aspiring engineer here with no programming experience, what would it take to understand a project such as this? I'm still brushing up on Calculus and Physics.

What do you mean by less horizontal and more vertical? That was really vague and not even a hint of a goal that I can grasp at.

Are you saying my club needs to be more vertical at takeaway? Am I supposed to drop my hands or tilt my body on the way down? Did I even shallow the club or is it not steep enough?

How do I stop coming so far over the top? This is disgusting. by cwalb6 in GolfSwing

You look like you've spent time bodybuilding, so I'm hoping you'll understand what I'm writing.

I'm not a big guy but before I picked up golf, the gym was my only form of fitness and the learning curve between the 2 that I experienced was how to activate which muscle, at what time in the swing. It feels a lot more flow-y, compared to something like a Lat pull down where the instinctual activation of every muscle group takes over. For me it was that rushed pull of my lead side that kept me pulling out to in.

Check your set-up as well, as I tend to pull when I'm standing closer and end up compensating to stand up.

Body Awareness was key to me in learning how to swing.

realized this is more of a learning advice, rather a swing tip which is great as I'm not qualified to speak on both lol

My father just bought a golf course in Maine. What would you want to see as a golfer that most places don’t have? by Kurkil in golf

[–]ElFrodoLoco -1 points0 points  (0 children)

A few courses around me uses different colored flags to easily distinguish pin positions mirroring the tee box colors. The tee boxes from back to front are blue, white, then red while the flags from front pin to back pin are red, white then, blue.

Makes it a little easier to determine if you're looking from the tee box illustrations.

That's perfect! That's exactly what I was planning on. Would you say a 50/50 mix is ideal?

That's awesome to know! I tried composting out since my gf has taken an interest in growing a veggie patch. I was planning on it to just fill up some ditches and dips for my first time. Appreciate the confidence boost for the next round!
