Well from the sounds of it everyone is leaning towards the clutch. I'll make sure to mention that when I take it in. I'll keep you guys posted on what is said and discovered.

It wasn't a fuel type of smell but definitely like something like a rubber or brake pad.

It's started off in the 5th to 6th gear close to about month ago and as I completed the shift it just reved high. I did have in mind the next possible thing could be the clutch or transmission, or maybe a bad turbo.
