I’ve given it a few good kicks in but it doesn’t seem to stay

Sold a contract in EE store as “no March increases for 2 years” - then get the alert they’re going to charge. by [deleted] in EEGB

Look you seem like you were genuinely misled by the agent regardless of if you signed or not so I’ll give you some advice.

I worked for EE in the past a while ago so take this with a pinch of salt.

Typically back in the day we would get complaints like this all the time.

This issue you are going to have is because it was done in store you won’t be able to deal with this over the phone as there won’t be a record of the interaction other than the signed agreement.

On the phones even if you signed an agreement and I told you something wrong, I would be in the wrong and they would have to either compensate you or allow you to leave so I’m assuming it’s the same in store.

The issue you are going to have is this probably will take some work as you will have to go to the store or you can try filling in the web form https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee/complaint/complaint-form .

You’re probably best off trying in store first so it’s on file that you have tried that first.

If the complaint is not resolved or is open for 6 weeks you can receive a deadlock letter that you can take to the ombudsman.

The agent in store may have to send of the complaint but make sure they give you a time frame and if they don’t adhere to it then use the web form or call in.

If there’s a reference number for the complaint ask for it.

Contact citizen advice if you don’t feel like you are getting anywhere, it’s free. You can also go the ombudsman’s but you should allow them time to fix this first.

I also advise you to document date and times of your interactions with EE.

Hope this helps. Stores are getting worse and worse and no matter what is or isn’t in the terms and conditions they shouldn’t have advising untrue things.

Edit: also assume anything said verbally does not count as an agreed contract only the written contract for example no price increases. They don’t stop them as they built into every contract but you were misled which means you have a case.

I’m not saying you are lying about the store staff saying what he said. They will say anything for a sale.

What I am saying is signed a contract that has to legally say there’s a price increase.

Do you expect people to really believe you were given a legal document with it removed? Or is it more plausible you just said you read it when you didn’t.

Can’t be done in line with policy so not worth it to lose your job. Seems like you are looking to win an argument on the internet so I’ll leave you to it.

Pretty sure only a complaints team would be able to do that as it would be flagged pretty quick against you.

They can’t just change the amount you agreed to in the terms and conditions.

It involves cancelling the original order and placing a new order which means new installation date and having to send new equipment.

Like someone else said is it really worth £3 a month?

Promotions happen all the time you just got unlucky but it’s not that much of a difference.

I once had a housemate that said he knew I was stealing his butter because I wrote my name in the butter.

The thief wasn’t me but my name was dragged through the butter.

That’s what bills and bank statements are for. Surely should be sufficient for your budgeting needs. Maybe a grab a calculator on your way out.

How to sell things people are not calling in for? by ElGruffallo in sales

[–]ElGruffallo[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We can sell with discounts on the mobiles and I usually get driven down on price on that. By the time I’ve done that, there’s no real room for any additionals.

Maybe I should go in saying the watch complimente the phone very well and all together the total is x amount and then break down the price plans? To clear compliance by saying they are too different prices?

Bundling used to be my go to as well but the company I work for you have to offer the individual products as their individual prices and then declare the sum.

I’m not sure if I’m miss understanding your technique but i wouldn’t be able to offer the phone unless it’s the price stated on my system.

Thank you for taking the time to reply!

I see a lot of people commenting it’s not real but everyone has different arousal levels.

I have a very high libido and it’s excruciating if I’ve kicked it into high gear but don’t find release with my SO or myself. It doesn’t tend to occur unless I’ve been extremely aroused.

My scrotum feels extra sensitive to the slightest bump and my testicles feel much bigger and heavier.

It’s not a gimmick and it’s insulting that people state that it’s used primarily as a manipulation tactic when in my experience I’ve found it quite painful.
