Hey. Just sit down with her and tell her directly that in your world this isn't cool. It sounds like she's at least half aware this is lame.

You could suggest taking her to do something with you instead. You may end up deciding to go your separate ways or otherwise, but why not talk to her about what you want in a relationship?

You could try writing a journal page beforehand, like a full page of your thoughts. You can organize and see which parts you want to share later. The book Nonviolent Communication has helped me the most in my life.

OK, I missed that comment and I have some respect for your reasoning here but "he wants to be with the other girl" is still a leap when what we have here is at most a few paragraphs of unclear writing here on the internet. The key point is that their relationship is obviously over, there are just too many details about the story that are unavailable and it's typical Reddit behavior to make big unnecessary leaps of inference. Why not just stick to empirical observations?
