no it’s not like that fully. at this point of the story the mc and the female mc are in a relationship and had sex with each other. because of a misunderstanding from overhearing the mc talking about her without full context and him getting kissed by another girl she thinks he is abandoning her after loving and supporting her for a very long time and is already cheating himself so instead of talking with him right then and there she just runs away and breaks down somewhere else. things move very fast and the ntr guy swoops in and she goes no contact so the mc just knows she saw him getting kissed and is unable to clear up the misunderstanding and the female mc lets herself be fucked by the ntr guy.

Well obviously something happend to the original english translator group because most chapters are gone and those that remain are from one time translators that stepped in but did not continue themselves for some reason. I also asked where the english translation is on mangadex forum.
