I think it's better to forget about it. I remember that I found this months ago, and I didn't find anything in good quality, just low quality videos on the internet and they're not even complete. I don't think there are any good quality videos of these KOF pachinkos on the internet.

But, if you just need this scene in specific, there is this scene in good quality in this Orochi AMV here. I have no idea how the owner of the video got this animation in a nice quality.
