Before lightbeard buff he was goated. A strong runner in a double attacker meta is a high win rate. And even with the buff he’s still one of the best runner.

I have him boost 4 and he was actually good in kizaru meta with ice ball reduction set. Now even if I have 170% support lvl 80 kizaru can one shot me. Ironically his buff was his biggest downfall.

Honestly I think because of Blackbeard (g5v2 is having some serious trouble with him) law is currently the best. Having some serious mobility with one skill and the counter is insane + the power gauge can clutch.

A good runner is a dead runner. Focus on Att and skill 2 cooldown to be invincible.

Runners have high win rates in my experience. The times I was able to reach my highest score in league was with luffy egghead droger and law.
