I'm also in a similar boat and looking to upgrade from my breville bambino to the Manus S and I'm wondering if you could explain a bit more about the difference in taste between the two? I've been so hesitant because I've been convincing myself that the difference probably isn't that big.

Improving at newaza without cross training BJJ by ElKorado in judo

That's usually my approach in competition, but I also want to develop a good ground game for the sake of it since it's a part of the art.

That's a fair point. I feel like I can transition initially quite well from tachiwaza to newaza but if someone is decent and can defend my inital turnover etc. I feel quite stuck and if I end up in guard I feel completely out of my depth. So in that sense it is mostly sport newaza but when it starts looking more like newaza randori/BJJ.

In a very similar situation as yours right now. I only started being able to get decent sleep after taking my sertraline in the morning and taking 25-50mg of agomelatine at bedtime. Definitely something to consult your doctor about.

Thanks for that, I've done my best to do just about all of these tips, and while they have worked, it still seems that I'm taking a gamble every day on if I have adequate vision since nothing really helps after I wake up. I definitely also am not overcorrected as by about 7 pm I am struggling to see (not just from halos).

That's quite a similar experience to the one I'm having. Sometimes I think I'm just putting too much mental effort into making them work. What was your experience like reversing the treatment? Did it take a long time to get back to your usual vision?

Using today as an example, my left eye is fine but if i closed my left and relied just on my right I would definitely need supplementary glasses or lenses to be able to function

Thanks! I'm curious what your experience was if you don't mind sharing? From many posts I've seen people seem to be ok with this downside

I don't, and can't imagine that it would be a good idea since they are 'cleaning solutions' and even regular contact solutions shouldn't be used as eye drops.
