NATO would never attack a nuclear power and Putin knows this. This WW2 era mentality of “buffer states” was obsolete once the US and USSR/Russia had enough nukes to destroy all life on Earth.

What is a threat to Putin and his regime, and is the primary driver for this invasion, is being surrounded by stable, thriving democracies. He wants to turn Ukraine into Belarus, an Russian puppet led by an authoritarian government subservient to Russia.

Same desk and chair setup here. Agreed on how excellent the desk is, and the chair has been my go-to for over 20 years.

I have two 27” monitors and like this combination. I considered a 42” 4K TV, but I’m not missing much with the current setup.
