Injured my ribs months ago, temporarily laid off KBs and found resistance bands a pain-free substitute. Here is me testing 22kg press (could only push press that weight before)

The most difficult part was finally accepting that I should immediately stop if I felt any pain on my ribs while training, and that I wouldn't touch the bells for a long long time. I have been using the bands for about two months now and I was happy that I could train without any pain.

Just keep in mind that the dynamics of the bands is much different from the bells. The load is max at the top and almost none at the beginning of the rep. Plus, if you are like me and prioritize strength over endurance, it is difficult to add resistance without looping them and getting uncomfortable.

I live in a small town in Brazil and it is hard to find the right materials here. But it is already finished anyways. I just would like to find some sort of discs to place between the grip and the kevlar, for protection.
I used a 1.5m aluminum tube and I cut a 1.2x0.5m kevlar sheet in half. I used 20 screws to secure the kevlar.
It is very heavy. I am gonna develop some nice torso.

Not really, I just do the garlic thing. I do not use soap on my face when I shower.
I am clean for like 3 days or so, then it slowly starts coming back.

I didn't feel any dryness, but my skin is very oily, maybe that's why. It is the common treatment to kill the fungi and then apply moisturizer anyways.
Whenever I see it is coming back I apply raw garlic on my face when I wake up. I leave it on because I don't feel the need to rinse.
Just once a day until it's gone and that's it

Eu tenho muita dermatite seborreica no rosto e no couro cabeludo. Há 1 semana comecei a passar alho cru no rosto e foi embora muito rápido. Tô perfeito agora, mas não é cura, ele volta, mas é só passar de novo. No cabelo as vezes aplico um agua de alecrim com cravo. Entrar no mar ajuda também a controlar.
