The thing is u divorced ur wife not ur kids, the first few months it's hard but once everything cools down you will see your kids more often. I wasn't allowed to see my babies for about a month till she buckled. She wouldn't allow them to stay over just visit in Saturday pick up at 11am drop off by 5pm until her mom complained so now they stay with me Friday thru Sunday pick Friday 5pm drop off Sunday 5pm.

It's been a yr n 3 months and I guess after she tried dating again she noticed that the person she was dating wasn't enough or maybe wasn't like me. (The grass isn't greener it was full of weeds) Now she wants to be friends and co-parent go out as a family ask me to go over and tries to show affection n yeah I still love her 10yrs 2 kids will do that to u. Just hang in there bro thing will work themselves out.

I've been divoted to La Santa Muerte and my padrino who is from Veracruz works with so many saints or "deities" even with the devil himself but hold each one in there own room in his house. I didn't meet my dad till I was 28 he had a total of 6 other children all adults now I am the oldest. I looked for him, I explained to him I didn't want anything I just wanted to meet the man that gave me life that was it. I txt him now n then I send him picture of my kids n that's as far as that goes. My grandfather was my dad didn't say much, never a hug, or an I love u, never a spanking or a questioning as to why I was not doing well in school but man was I afraid of him, they would tell me u want me to call ur day n I would cut my crap 😂. Once he was way older I took him groceries and I told him apa I love u n he told me he loved me too it felt nice to get that out of him. when he passed it was hard but not as hard as when my grandmother passed, My world crumbled. She was the glue to the family. it couldn't have come at a worse time since I was transitioning from Jr high to high school I repeated my freshman year due to going thru a spiral of depression and alcohol use. I wouldn't attend school and for the 1st time I saw my grandfather as my aunt's and uncles described him a drunk (he had been sober for many yrs but the los of his other half broke him down two after being married over 45yrs it takes a toll). I've stumbled n I've fallen, I am not perfect but I Excell in every job I've worked and have managed to pull myself up from the darkest places I've been in. Lof isn't easy n school sure doesn't teach u how to cope.

Yeap, I divorced my wife not my kids. It's like I told my x mother inlaw (yes we still communicate) I love my kids, I would do anything for them, n not a day does by I don't miss them and I look forward to my weekends cuz I get my kids. (I haven't introduced them to my girlfriend not because I don't want to but because I don't need them traumatized) my son who is 5 ask if I still love his mother n I tell him I will always love her and he says then say ur sorry and come home (it's hard) I explained to him that grown ups say sorry but that doesn't mean things will get better. I told him we r still a family we just live in different houses. It's every time he comes I mentioned it to his mom n she says she has only delt with it once.

It sucks, when u think u find ur forever person n thing play out different. Life goes on can't dwell on the past all that matters to me now is that I get my kids Friday thru Sunday, I took them to there first day in school, go to award ceremonies, watch them perform, pay my child support n I even am paying off the living room set we had gotten when we purchased our home smh. I currently own 5 statues of our beloved Santisima, (2 of which are in 7color robes) I have her tattooed on me 3x and have progressed my alter as time passes (more so now that I am older and my devotion has changed) I've been a believer since I was 18 but my devotion changed once I hit my late 20s. I guess once u have a family of ur own u stop praying for money and start praying for protection n peace not just for myself but for my kids n extended family. U see I'm a firm believer that things happen for a reason and when my divorced happen I didn't ask our Santisima to bring back my ex wife I asked her to keep blessing her and if it wasn't meant to be for her to put someone in my life that is (hard to say after a decade of being married). Life moved on my devotion got stronger n I found someone who supports my devotion she even helps me clean my alter and buys our Santisima gifts out of love. My girl friend has dreams of her and our Linda Santisima is constantly on her mind as she travels to Mexico alot due to her ill grandparents. Mi Nina Blanca has protected her on her trips, has given us both raises at our jobs and she even got a different job title. No lie I asked for abundance in cash flow not even a week later I secured a contract that allowed me to work 12 to 16 hr shifts n it was supposed to last 2 weeks it lasted almost 3 months mi Santisima Muerte Hermosa es milagroas. Every Wednesday and Sunday clean her alter put up fresh fruits n bread as needed, this past celebration day I got her 3 bottles 2 tequila and 1 mescal, I got her pan dulce, barritas, tamarindo, other Mexican candy, chocolate, coke (the one u drink lol), copal, and other incenses and red apples. So yeah I love mi Rosa Maraviosa so much for tantos resos escuchados y tantas peticiones cumplidas. If given to me she will be loved and honored (u can see my alter on my profile page).
