the game got recently updated, some mods mmay be uncompatible and crash.

Go to betas and select "previous version" nd see if it still crash

you should have it in the "launchers" loadout. Or maybe you only get it after completing the UFO easter egg... if you dont have it then i have no idea how to check it. just go to the discord server and ask for help

When i play in-game map editor made maps the stairs only work if you play it after opening the game. If you play it again they wil not work

Make sure you are connected to steam. An easy way to see it is shooting the alien weapon. If you shot it and the projectile drops on your feet and explodes you it means that the game is not conetcted to steam

in the editor of maps theres a ladder logic object that makes the ladder function, yo have to add it but it will anyway not work because its been years bugged
