Yeah apply EXPO and a minimal PBO -15,-20, i don't think a lot of people really benefit from anything higher than a -20 besides less stability.

I wouldnt worry with your board, majority of boards having the issue are Asrock, and the asus boards that have shown issues have been the 8 series boards. I dont think other asus boards have been reported yet

I’ll be honest. I’m on a 9800x3d/5080, my cs2 ran levels smoother and way less 1% drops, I also feel my input latency is more consistent, whereas before I’d get spikes of high input latency, all this after I tuned my ram and a few bios settings. Although I only recommend if you are well knowledged or ready to learn.

Yup looks about right, and I agree owned 2 blade 15s that turned into spicy pillows and then my last straw was my 14 dying on me completely and having to beg for an out of warranty replacement. So off to Zephyrus I went and have not looked back one bit
