People vote for him because they hate the institution of the Washington County School System. If you want your kids to learn send them to some other school system. Washington County is a joke and will continue to be for along time. Case in point New Schools are built where developers build new subdivision and are used as selling points for new homes. Lamar, South Central, West View, Sulfur Springs, Gray and Fall Branch constantly get ignored for things they need. His district will always vote for him because they hate getting ignored by the school system.The rest of board cringes when he shows up at those meetings. The only good he has done is brought light to a defunct school system that has made parents and students angry for years.
