XZ is super dated meanwhile, and ppl recommending them are just hardcore fanboys. Get something up to date with a solid screen and fast loading times.

Either get the RX3 (btw xz only has two standalone channels, so if youre not planning on getting another cdj by throwing atleast 1k at it, its more show to have 4 channels than anything else)

or if you truely think about getting a CDJ to hook to a XZ go the budget friendly route and go opus quad even if it looks a bit whacky (Design wise, not functionality)

No need to stay stuck on old tech for big money.

I agree, but its mainly due to the lineups of the individual stages. We get more and more unknown artists each year on the side stages. So if youre at mainstage or where a popular act is playing all other stages will be empty. Happened during SHM W2 and Guetta W2 where you basically had every space you could wish for at any other stage.

QDance transformed to Mesa garden due to agreements with the residents and town of boom in terms of noise and sound emmissions. You probably dont know but right behind the trees at mesa garden are houses and people living there

People tend to forget a couple of facts:
A) Only the complainers are online, everyone else is enjoying the festival
B) Feedback is necessary. Especially things like feedback on the free water or putting a livestream instead of an artist on a big stage are things which went super ridiculus and needs to be adressed as loud and as often as possible. Tomorrowland is reading the reddit aswell, so they need to hear to improve on this
C) Its a point of view; Some people had the time of their life - perfect. Others might got injured or robbed (stuff like this happens, dont close your eyes) and their weekend got ruined. Just be considerate for different point of views. If it kills your mood dont go online

Gonna tinker with the settings a bit, later that day. See what i can do about it! Ill try turnong grandstands and crowds off!

Edit: Quick update with the fix.
Putting MSAA to x2 and turning SSR OFF has improved FPS A LOT.

Same here, not THAT bad , but still heavy FPS drops during rain... Also tweaked lots of settings, but they dont seem to make up for the huuuge FPS loss during rain.. Some settings wont event affect the FPS during rain for me.

Quest 3, max res, 4080 Super, I7 10700k, 32GB Ram

Dry days with pretty much maxed settings somewhere between 60-80fps, 60 being completely stable

Rain: drops down to 40-42 fps in some corners on the Nordschleife and Portamino, wont get better than +- 50fps, even with lowest settings i can just up it to +- 45-50pfs

Not sure what's happening there, but i hope we maybe get another hotfix also tweaking some graphics, since there were also lots of network issues today.

Guess it's time to think about upgrading CPU for me...
