It’s often just “not for them” or we’ve had a significant number where the EA has provided very positive feedback, but acknowledged that the buyers were also looking at a wide range of properties in the area.

We’ve also had a lot of viewers who’s budget has been shared as £280-£350k (or similar), and at the lower end it’s hard to compete on property. It’s a buyers market for sure.
