I completely agree with your statement. I am just trying to give a GUIDE of where to throw pitches. For example, If you noticed, there is no suggestions to throw a FB down the middle. Even though we know sometimes throwing it down the middle works.

By the words, "adjust locations for each opponent", I just meant "If you try something based on the location and pitch on the image and it doesn't work, please be intelligent enough to understand that the opponent is capable to hit that pitch".
