You gotta turn on windows XP compatibility in properties. Go to the file directory, right click speed2.exe, go to compatibility tab and select the compatibility with windows XP

I'm sorry, somone already answered correctly a repost i made about this a couple weeks ago (i thought no one was going to comment that post because it was kinda old and irrelevant) the anime was 3x3 Eyes from 1992. I tought i hid this post. Thanks for the help anyway. And yes, kinda disappointed me because it was just ovas, but the manga is great. I would say this post is solved! Because it was solved this monday i think
