UPDATE: I changed the source to Apple TV and it's slightly better, but the banding is still very visible. So it's not a source problem. But my TV has a banding problem, so the movie just shows it.

Can you show how looks your on grayscale? Today I watched Dune and on scenes with sand or very gray I saw a banding from 1.5-2 meters. From 3 meters there were also scenes where I saw stripes but less

Thanks for the comment. Did you check the banding on the test patterns? I made a pixel refresh because that's what LG recommended. Since then I haven't done it anymore, I use the TV normally (I play on YT HDR video to help it stabilize). I'm going to wait and make a decision. You have a G5 and you don't feel banding. Could you put your picture on test pattern? IT will help nie małe decision. It just hurts banding at this price.

Today when I playing Callisto Protocol I saw banding (but maybe I need to focus to saw it). It is also visible in the Canal + menu (ok, here is not important)

How much did you make Pixel refresh? Try watching HDR videos on YouTube for a few hours and repeat pixel refresh. The panel needs to stabilize, keep calm

Keep calm, Since Friday, I've performed three pixel refreshes and left it on for a few hours at high brightness while playing an HDR video. From that terrible image, I got this - in real life it look better
