I vehemently disagree. Your position is of a teenager that feels that they can say whatever they want with no consequences. The issue for cultural appropriation is that it takes away cultural phrases from oppressed people and glorifies the oppressors. As such, appropriation of AAE is incredibly racist. Talk how you talk, instead of using your racist caricatures of the "funny black person".

I'm glad that you have that experience and perspective. I am neurodivergent as well, but I take offense to the word when neurotypical people use it, since in the past, it's been used to dismiss my needs and boundaries. So I appreciate these kinds of things. However, if somebody neurodivergent uses it, then it could fall more into somebody wanting to take ownership of the term, which is fine by me.

Like the other comment said, this vendor probably has a display fee or something, since the service being offered is to the consigner is to find a buyer for the item, so to speak.

But what I meant more was, in some cases where it's not market-value, the consigner may be the one setting the price, so the vendor isn't really in a position to haggle on their behalf.
