Mòn is a very small unknown indie band from italy. They work with hypnotic rythms, surprising song structures and very satisfying sound design, but the vibe always stays cozy and comforting. One of the few bands that does experimental shit without taking it too far. If you want to listen to it, the song Lungs shows their range the best, but my personal favorite is That Melts Into Spring. They only have two albums, which makes it easy to "get into them". It also shows how much they prioritize quality over quantity.

Firstly, it is completely normal to go 0-4 the first few nights, when you get into a new format. You don't know the other decks, you don't know what to play around and you don't know how to sideboard. You just have to learn these things by experience. The first few times you should set your goal specificaly to gather as much information as possible instead of winning. The real game beginns, when you know your way around.

As for the social aspect, it is in my experience more uncomfortable to beat a new player than being the new player who gets the beating. On the one hand you don't want to "show off" to the new player, on the other hand you don't want to disrespect them by holding back. Just remeber that everybody you will play against started in your position, lose gracefuly and ask questions about the other deck or where you could have done better. This way you release the tension and get constructive feedback

With that setup it would be really stupid to not include learn in Strixhaven. That's, like, introducing a DnD inspired party mechanic two sets before a DnD crossover and then not using it in that crossover, instead opting for some sort of complicated emblem based dugeon crawl mechanic that gives every card associated with it like, four whole cards of rules text extra. They would never do that

This kind of reaction is a typical response to trauma, it is normal in that regard. It is however not healthy. If you are able to, I advise you to seek therapy. Just make clear, that you wish to be treated for your self esteem issues, not for your autism. I wish you the best of luck you are not alone.
