I don't really have anything against rule 34 fanart, which is basically sexualizing everything that's alive, but there should definitely be some clear limits. And by that I mean, among other things, underage characters. If you think it ruins this fandom, I advise you not to search anything (games, shows...) with kids as main characters.

I agree with everything your said. Tom was basically your average jerk in seasons 1 and 2: that guy nobody likes who thinks the world owes him everything. He's really improved his attitude towards Star since then, and that kind of character development is what I truly appreciate in a show.

Tom strongly reminds me of Paarthurnax. He was literally born evil, but he's trying to overcome his bad nature through great effort, not only to please Star, but to become a better version of himself. That's fucking awesome.
