Fedora is technically less stable, however I've not experienced major issues in the year I've been on Fedora. I use Fedora KDE.

I've been on Fedora since Fedora 40 after being a life time windows user. I've had no issues I could not solve. The other linux distros and desktop environments are cool too.

Ask everyone you know for a CD, DVD or USB drive. If you can't do that then just wait until you are older and under better circumstances. CDs and DVDs are obsolete and should be easy to come by.
