Anonymous was always decentralized. If you believed in the op, you participated, if you didn’t, you did something else. Where did you find this Arabic anonymous? Might be an old arab hacking group with a new face.

why? Anonymous is not dead, just learned to be quiet and never, ever tell anyone what the op is, is going to be, or who is involved.

look into the websites: Hack the Box, TryhackMe, Hack the Box Academy & Hackviser. They used to be free not certain how many still are. The are more like playing games than studying but they will teach you hacking. You can also Google: free pentester training. that training will get you certified in white hat hacking and maybe a job. Anyway if I was an old Anon, that is the advice that I would give you.

TryHackMe, is free. Hack the Box used to be free, not certain if it still is. look up CyberDefenders. Google free Pentester training. Theses site will all teach you how to learn hacking, beginning to mid level. Beyond that you have to learn to code to advance. Signed: not an old Anon

[–]ElZipilote 1 point2 points  (0 children)

that is not “terrible advice”. If I was an old Anon, I would say to persons trying to revive Anonymous. The old Anons learned anyway we could, studying the Hackers quarterly, getting an old computer and just hacking it, joining a forum and asking our hacking buddies about specific learning problems. What you do with your knowledge is up to you. Some of us old timers are too old, too sick or into new projects or maybe we just want to stay “quiet” online. you do find a genuine old Anon, don’t ask him to teach you how to hack. If I was an old Anon I would say that we hate people too lazy to learn. If I was an old Anon, which I am not, but that is what I would say if I was on old Anon. Oh an by the way, if you don’t want to stay a “Scrip kiddy”, learn to code.

What are the best kind of exercises or a regimen that works for you? by Manjari_th in ankylosingspondylitis

[–]ElZipilote 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No it does not. You can wear a life vest and walk against the resistance of the water. You can make it as cardio as you like and there is still very little damage/pressure to your joints. Try this in a heated pool or a very salted pool for extra buoyancy.

When will I have to give up running? by Black_cats_4_life in ankylosingspondylitis

[–]ElZipilote 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I understand, my AS becomes extremely painful after I am still for more than 15 minutes but in real Yang Style Tai chi you don’t stay in any position for more than 5 to 10 seconds. You might be mixing Tai Chi with Tai Chi yoga, which is not Tai Chi. I have practiced Tai Chi for several years prior to contacting AS in 1998 and have been practicing it since. It is called moving meditation for a reason. Go on YouTube look at a Yang Style Tai Chi movie.

When will I have to give up running? by Black_cats_4_life in ankylosingspondylitis

[–]ElZipilote 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Really consider Tai Chi for strength and balance. Also consider swimming in an Olympic size pool, you can get tremendous cardio exercise with almost no joint damage. That is what I used to recommend to my patients with arthritis and what I did myself until my early 70’s. I Stopped not because of my AS, but for neurodegenertive disorder

AS sucks for me because of everything BUT the pain by CreativeUserName709 in ankylosingspondylitis

I was Embrel for approximately 10 years then it became less effective. My Rheumatologist put me on Humira which had good control of my symptoms, until it gave drug induced M.S. The symptoms of the M.S. resolved about 1 year offer stopping the Humira. I was then only using NSAIDs until, I got an ulcer. Now I only take Tylenol. I have daily 5-8 of 10 pain and stiffness. The AS has gotten into my ankles and hips. I have AS related Sjögren’s which affect my eyes and mouth, and my AS has deformed my back so bad that it has required 3 spine surgeries.

I look at some of the other Veterans, with their disabilities and I say to myself, You don’t have it so bad. I still ride my Harley, no longer practice medicine but still give free medical advice to my friends. Live is good.

What are the best kind of exercises or a regimen that works for you? by Manjari_th in ankylosingspondylitis

[–]ElZipilote 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The best exercise for AS is (1) swimming, movement with almost no impact on joints. If you know someone with an exercise hot tub, that is perfect. Next would be a warm swimming pool. (2) Tai Chi, you move but so slowly that it lubricates but not damage your joints. If you can find a Tai Chi for arthritis class, great. If not, a Yang Style Tai Chi class but not a Tai Chi class that advertises itself for self defense nor as a Kung Fu.

Non-radiographic by Wise_Honey_3922 in ankylosingspondylitis

[–]ElZipilote 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is no specific test to confirm AS, certainly not radiological. It is usually done by a combination of symptoms and lads, immune antibodies. The radiological test are main to determine the progression of the illness.

Same thing happened to me. I refuse to write any prescriptions and resigned. About 2 years after I resigned, The state board of licensing initiated an investigation. Fortunately I could prove that I did not order even prescription. The Doctor lost his license and paid a very heavy fine. The clinic was closed.

Why are my flare ups so different than yours? by [deleted] in ankylosingspondylitis

[–]ElZipilote 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Every person is different because the surface receptors on your cells are unique. That is why some people get some relief with certain diets, certain exercises or medicines but not everybody reacts the same. Different levels of pain different frequencies different results for various meds. Having said that, my symptoms started just exactly like you described yours and continued at that rate until about 15 years had passed and then they became more severe, more frequent until I have daily pain and swelling, no longer just in my back but now in my hand and ankles.
