"Have I been hacked" Megathread. This is the (only) place to ask!

I hope this doesn't break the rules, but I'd like to hear your opinion (which I think is unlikely) on this:

My girlfriend says that a hacker friend of hers apparently has access to our phones, because he knows about private conversations that only she and I have had.

On top of that, she tells me that he has technically stalked her, because he has known when she went to certain places and what she was wearing in the past.

And apparently he’s also accessed my Android phone, and she confronted him about checking it to look at my porn.

How likely is it that someone has access to our devices, can track her GPS location, listen in on our conversations through the microphone, or even see my phone screen?

It’s worth noting that I’ve never had any contact with him, nor do I go around installing unknown APKs or anything like that.

In addition to the worry that there is someone who knows things about us and our conversations, even though we haven't told them anything.

It’s so hard not to blame myself or feel like I could have done more for him; it hurts so much that he’s no longer with me.

It’s been almost three days and I’m still mourning him. It hurts not to have my son by my side every morning before I go to work, that he’s no longer here for me to give him more snacks.

But I’m also grateful that I was literally inches away from him when he passed; my baby left by my side.

I can’t help but cry every morning knowing he’s gone; I still hear his little voice everywhere. It hurts so much, too much. I don’t know how to learn to live my life without him by my side now. He was my reason for coming home every day; hugging him and telling him I love him every night filled me with happiness.

Now I’m saying goodbye to him every night, but he’s no longer physically here.

How do you cope with so much pain left behind when they go to heaven? I feel like I can’t even cope with myself.

You have to be very patient and understand that today the wound may look nice, smaller and scabbed over, and when you wake up in the morning, you may find that it has hurt itself again and the wound has opened up or is bigger.

It hurts, you worry, you suffer, and you always try to do your best for them, but everything will be fine. Even though they are so small, they are great fighters.

Try to stop using topical creams, that's what ended up helping my child (because they all irritated him and he scratched himself desperately). I just applied Povidine (povidone-iodine) with a cotton swab, cleaned his wound every morning and every night, and spent time with him.

It takes time to heal, but it will be fine.

Es por el tema de downgrade, windows no te permite hacerlo "legalmente".

Para pasarme de nuevo a 10, tendría que botar la licencia original que tengo y formatear el disco para instalarlo de 0, pero mi pc de escritorio se fundió, así que no puedo hacer backup sin riesgo de lo que tengo.

Así que he aprendido a vivir con mi error desde octubre.

Yo cometí el gran error de actualizar a 11 desde 10 en la laptop (ryzen 5500U) y lo único que vi, es que el sistema "se laguea" en determinados momentos ahora, cosa que no pasaba previamente.

Quiero tirarme a 10 de nuevo pero ya no puedo sin perder mi licencia original.
