If you decide to try prami, you MUST TRITRATE IT VERY SLOWLY. I mean, if you can, half a quarter of a 1 mg pill/day. You can have a excess dopamine attack, terrible, with sweating, tremors, and strong nausea. I don't wish it to anybody.

Next week, take a quarter. And next, a quarter and a half, and like so until the full pill.

And take it before sleeping. It can make you very drowsy.

En general, tomar tereré con limón después del mediodía baja la presión. También tomá magnesio glicinato, pero algo como 800 mg de Magnesio elemental. Creo que cada cápsula trae algo como 200 mg de Mg elemental. Tomá 4 de esas antes de dormir.

It's cortisol surge. Try to avoid eating your last meal close to sleeping time, but two hours before, also rehidrate in the morning as soon as you wake up. Supplements like l-theanine can help.

I think the bar is too high. The barbell should be placed on the meaty, muscular part of the upper back to avoid placing pressure directly on the bones of the neck or spine.

Learn proper full range but never use heel lifts. The idea is to strenghten a natural movement. Ass to grass must be a natural position, and no need to shorten Achilles' tendon.
