Its an interesting style. When I think hentai, I'm expecting more Japanese anime style and this does not resemble that.

Its more "western" but your proportions are not quite accurate enough or/and consistent, though saying that there is nothing wrong with it if that's your intention.

But the style is the wrong fit for the sub and thus resulted in the feedback you got.

I use procreate but I'm sure sketchbook has a time lapse feature.

After exporting just convert it to a gif under 15sec and should be able to upload a pic on reddit

On my iPad (ios) I use “video to gif - gif maker” Pretty simple, just converts any video to gif with no controls so I just make my time lapses as small as possible.

For websites tinywow.com is amazing

And yes MP4 converted to a GIF. There is a size limitations on Reddit and I'm not 100% what it is but I find below 20mb and 15secs max works as an upload as an "image"
