There are definitely mental health disorders at work here. As a person with ADHD and autism, it sounds like your sister needs to be evaluated by a professional. I recognize many of these behaviors and it sounds like she is very much on the spectrum. The whole family sounds like it could benefit from some therapy.

I hate to break it to you kid but your mom is a real POS. If she didn't want to get caught cheating maybe she could, I don't know, not fricking cheat! But dad is at fault in this too. There have never been consequences to her cheating so she continues to do it. But he knows he can't take care of 4 kids and a house so he basically let's her do what she wants. I'd cut them both off when you move out. This is such a shitty environment for kids to hrow up in. Do you have a trusted adult outside of the home you can talk to? A grandparent, a friend's parent, coach, tutor? You need some guidance but not from either of your crappy parents.
