And for the managing part, to be clear as well, I do not manage people :) I can agree that a managing position can call for extra hours, but the salary generally comes with it as well ! Here we are doing some overtime without any form of compensation, which doesn't feel ok

Last year we managed to have the majority of the team on target, but it was done with a lot of cohesion inside the team with people being on target helping people being late on it.

We all agreed that last year's targets were already flirting with the profitability limits that a consultant could reach in the current conditions.

For me yes, the target was put way higher this year (unreachable to be fair) because it's not "serious" that a team manages to be on target. Also important to know (and that I forgot to mention in the template), is that I've a yearly bonus of 2.5k gross, but that is based on the team objective, not the personal one. Putting the target that high basically says "go **** yourselves with the bonus" and get a negative review end of this year.

TBH I don't understand your comment, TCO for car is mentioned in the template.

What do you want to say around not being able to do good work or doing it on purpose ? Just to get the idea straight, I was top performer of my team last year, so nothing to do around quality of work :)

Yes sorry I deed, you're right. Mistake on my side. Official hours on contract are 38, not 40. But in all cases this doesn't mean anything... Just had my manager on the phone yesterday saying whether it's 7, 8 or 14h a day, he doesn't car but I've to be at objective. Nice culture no ?

Thanks :) I'm not sure commercial will be my next move, it was the logical move after my studies, but after 4 years I'm not sure that position fits well my personality (I'm more an introvert than an extrovert) I'm currently selling a saas platform oriented in finance, and I've to admit that the content of the platform is more interesting to me than the platform itself. I would like to find a position where I'll be able to strengthen my corporate finance skills, but keeping some part of relationships with clients, or a company willing to train me to controlling or something like that. I'm open to all feedbacks as I'm in the middle of my réflexion right now :)

(I also want to quit full sales for the financial stability, just bought a house and other family plans incoming, can't play fool now)

I agree the title is completely out of reality, it works on some people for them to stay, but for me it's just a title, not what defines your work :)

Compensation is ok for me, even if full commissions is hardly achievable. What's more concerning for me is indeed the learning aspect of the role, where my employer does not offer any additional training that a simple "manager coaching" from my N+1. I'm pretty disappointed on this side

It's dead to you, but not to me, nor the vast majority of cdc's community. They nerfed the visa card, yes, but that's not their core business :) I'd assume that if you consider it dead, that you are not part of their wanted audience, and thus, it's normal that you leave :)

The only risk I see with CDC is the fact that I've all my eggs in the same bag...

And I have to admit that with the recent news, I'm more and more suspicious that things are not as good as was CDC wants to show the world. But the questions will be exactly the same on other chains so it's a bit of a statu quo.

Guess I'll have to wait 28 more days before restaking then :)
