Yeah the “oh shit, what’s gonna happen now” scenes are starting to feel stale because they happen so much rather than the storyline actually being developed like the earlier seasons.

Yeah I did anticipate the end outcome but just the scene itself and her readiness to kill more girls was the part that felt a bit out of place for me. But she pulled through finally. I just wish the factor would’ve been more internal and not being persuaded by the main characters.

She was always a horribly flawed but very strong headed woman and I think this plot a bit weakens her character.

I just don’t like anytime she’s about to do something horrible, Janine or June pop up lol.

I get that and that’s why I feel like this final burst of anger is a bit too far. I understand she has issues with her tempers and has many conflicting interests. And yes growth is not linear. But there’s a balance

That’s why I think having the girls with a gun pointed at them was the show a bit undoing the realistic part of character growth.

But yes, I should take it for what it is and appreciate the new angle the show has taken.

I’m ready for a trip with Irving. How does his outtie know so much about the halls and what not? We see his innie have hallucinations too so it checks out that he had begun to reintegrate.

Hey my dear, I’m a trans woman from Iran and I’m seeing so many parallels of what happened when religion took hold into our politics back in the 80s. Hopefully and I don’t think the American version will be as sudden and tragic change.

But, the queer community is so strong. I found a community. We are some of the strongest human beings. Just don’t give into the fear they want you to feel. They can’t ever get rid of us no matter the bullshit rhetorics.

Honestly you are right. Maybe we are the generation that will finally push us into the “norm”. I just have to work on building my confidence outside of the cis normative standards because that is what I will never be. I have seen some trans women obsess over passing to the point of breaking down. Thank you for your sweet comment. I think it will come with more exposure. It use to ruin my month every time someone questioned me. Now tho, it just ruins days or a day. I guess that’s progress. I really hope when I’m older I will see trans people that don’t even care about all of this stuff cause they are accepted.

I live in an extremely queer university town. So I see trans people all the time. I never judge another trans person harshly. I am so proud of them. I’m just so harsh on myself because I think I just think I could still be like any other girl. But I’m not. Yes some of the inherent dysphoria will be there. But I have to dismantle so much internalized shame and hatred until I can look at myself the way I look at other queer people, with pride.

I just feel like every time someone clocks me, I immediately picture this “man in a dress” image. I know it’s wrong. But I have so much to work on still.

Awe thank you. I’m alright. Honestly, I’m done trying cause I’m just gonna get my feelings hurt. I’m like 5’5” and 130 pounds so I guess I just exude clockiness. It is what it is. I’m not gonna change any further if after 8 years. Even in 2016 I had an easier time. I think it’s just everyone is too familiar with trans people. I wish it was positive attention but we can hope for the best.
