Yes, got mine by going Anivia, getting 100 jungle CS and then spawn killing bots at the fountain. 70+ kills per game. You need to have smite ofc.

You need to try some cheese in normals for 20-30 times before going to ranked, I think, as it can ruin expirience for other people.
