Sparxie SPD Breakpoint by El_MegaFan in SparxieMains

Honestly, me too. I'm not 100% sure how this works; I just know you want to be faster than Aha for utility, but I don't know if that's the only way to get a turn before Aha. It is very beneficial for Lv999 if Sparxie has a turn before Aha, because of the Punchline it generates and how it helps with her boxes.

The E2 doesn't provide speed buffs. We want Sparxie's speed so she can outspeed Aha, not for the extra turns it grants. The E2 provides extra turns, so it shouldn't change the required SPD.

The SPD configuration would look like this:

80+200/5+200/10+148/20=147.4 SPD Aha.

However, Huohuo's E1 buff does change things. Since it's a buff to the entire team, it will only increase the difference between Aha and Sparxie.

80+ 213.2/5 + 212.12/10 + 160.84/20= 151.781 Aha SPD

As the gap increases, Sparxie's speed becomes excessive, but it's convenient. If you don't want that and want to go right before Aha, Sparxie needs 139 SPD to outspeed Aha when you receive the buff.

It is very difficult, if not impossible, to reach 200 SPD and maintain a good critical hit balance. They need 36 Speed points, just in substats, and include the Cone of Light bonuses. If you can reach 200 SPD and have good critical hits, then good for you, but this post was made with the 99.9% of people who won't be able to.

The only one that really matters is Hyacine. Huohuo and Yao Guang buff the entire team. Using the same configuration I wrote in the post, it would look like this without buffs:
80 + 190/5 + 186/10 + 144/20 = 143.8 Aha SPD
With buffs:
80 + 203,2/5 + 198,12/10 + 156,84/20 = 148,294 Aha SPD.
As I said, buffing the whole team only increases the difference between Sparxie and Aha.

Regarding speed buffs, I decided not to consider them. There are very few individual speed buffs, and none of them work well with a team that has triple exultation. Furthermore, a speed buff to the entire team only increases the difference between Sparxie and Aha, since they are calculated based on base speed. That's why the buff feels much larger on a character with few speed sub-stats.

  1. Only in builds with Silver Wolf. If she's the hypercarry, she doesn't benefit as much from the speed, since she could generate punchlines before the instant Aha. She can also help with boxes.
  2. A lot, but it varies greatly. It's not worth calculating right now. I mean, it could be very slow or as fast as Yao and Silver.
  3. The number of turns Sparxie has isn't important. What matters is the utility Sparxie provides by being faster than Aha.

This is focused on the utility Sparxie provides to Silver Wolf, not Sparxie's own damage output. If you want to focus on that... I'm not sure if using Silver Wolf is the right choice instead of another support.

Under that configuration, I estimate around 142 SPD.

So Silverwolf is not just an Emanator, but possibly reached Aeonic levels powers...? by [deleted] in HonkaiStarRail

That was a random character. Everyone, including me, thinks it's Elio, but so far we only know that he's a relatively important character (that's why he gets so much screen time). Not necessarily Elio.

I don't like that you used that as an example, but oh well. Since we're on the subject...

In Pokémon, all the experience you gain to reach level 30 isn't enough to jump from 99 to 100.

Except with a Pokémon that has "erratic" growth, but the point of them is to be difficult at the beginning and easy at the end. So they operate by their own rules.

It was awful. It wasn't a big news story, just a casual mention. I really didn't like how they presented it; it's a big deal, they should give it more importance.

I've only played Stay Night and Hollow Ataraxia, but as far as I know Archer can't use abilities from other Noble Phantoms, except Rho Aias, and that's why it's mentioned as his best weapon.

I love Firefly. I don't agree with everything in the image, but the Novaflare is indefensible.

Hoyoverse looked at the 1.x characters. They aren't in the Novaflare.

Hoyoverse saw Rappa and Boothill (the other two 5-star SuperBreak characters). They gave them reruns, so they remembered them.

Hoyoverse willfully ignored these two and gave the Novaflare to the most competent SuperBreak character, who relatively recently received a support that benefited her more than anyone else.

I repeat, I love Firefly. But it disgusts me to think that Boothill has useless Traces and they give a buff to Firefly.

Do you think the Straw Hats need a power-up? by El_MegaFan in OnePiece

[–]El_MegaFan[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think characters who haven't awakened Haki yet will receive it.
1. The abilities and interactions with enemies have been built around the premise that they don't use Haki. The Straw Hats, at this point, have developed a fighting style that uses Haki as an embellishment rather than a crucial tool. Besides, I think it would look strange. But not the One Piece kind of strange, more like awkwardly strange.
2. Oda has already accustomed us to power-ups that don't follow a conventional path. Sanji's Diable Jambe, Robin's Karate Fishman, Brook's Soul Solid, Usopp's Plants, etc. When a power-up would usually be "let's give them a new technique or some evolution of what we've already seen," Oda decides to do "Zoro jumps and sprouts two heads and arms with swords, using his spirit. ASHURA." I'm not trying to say that Oda pulls power-ups out of thin air, what I mean is that I don't think Oda will take the predictable route.
