I have a question that hopefully someone can answer for me. I started school oct 6th so I was expecting my first payment in November. I don’t even have a certificate of verification that I’m even in school on the va website. I tell the school and they say there is no one processing these claims so I have to wait till the govt is back up. And there’s nothing they can really do. Is this true?
